M15 in the pond with a reflection. North Fort Myers Eagles Nest Bald Eagle
This one you might recognise but in fact, you have never seen. It is the first time I have published this particular one but it is from the same day and the same series as the Cover shot on my Facebook Page. For those who don't know, this is my Ozzie, he made me fall in love with photography. He was the first eagle that I ever photographed and made me want to learn more. This was taken January 2015, with my kit lens (55-300mm). I only wished I had better equipment at that time to do him more justice. Ozzie and his missing talon, this made it remarkably easy to ID him correctly when in the field. I really love the reflection in this photo. I feel that it has more detail on the head in the reflection on the pond. It's funny, I almost rejected this shot because I thought the head was blown-out but I LOVED the talon position and the reflection, I am so glad I kept it. Ozzie - North Fort Myers Nest
